The 2404 insulation tester is a reliable, hand-driven insulation tester using a DC-DC converter. The 2404 includes a number of useful and easy-to-use features.

Six different models are available for different test voltages (DC) and MΩ ranges. With the exception of the 240415 and 240416, all models provide a convenient continuity range of 0 to 500Ω full scale.

Low AC Voltage Sensor – 24 to 90 VAC

The Santronics LAC-EZ Low AC Sensor is a hi-tech device for determining the presence or absence of 24-90 volts AC in an electrical or electronic system. It is not necessary to disconnect system as no contact is required for operation. Current flow is not necessary to locate voltage.

Simply apply the plastic probe to a connection or pass it along an insulated wire. If 24-90 volts AC is present, an LED in the probe will glow bright RED. Illumination will cease at a break in circuit or wire.
