Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes MDO4000C Series
Introducing the world’s highest performance 6-in-1 integrated oscilloscope that includes a spectrum analyzer, arbitrary/function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer and DVM/frequency counter. The MDO4000C Series has the performance you need to solve the toughest embedded design challenges quickly and efficiently. When configured with an integrated spectrum analyzer, it is the only instrument that provides simultaneous and synchronized acquisition of analog, digital and spectrum, ideal for incorporating wireless communications (IoT) and EMI troubleshooting. The MDO4000C is completely customizable and fully upgradable so you can add the instruments you need now – or later.
Discover and solve issues quickly by performing system level debug on mixed signal embedded systems including today’s most common serial bus and wireless technologies.
Make reliable and repeatable voltage, current, and power measurements using automated power quality, switching loss, harmonics, ripple, modulation, and safe operating area measurements with the widest selection of power probes in an affordable solution.
Quickly track down the source of EMI in an embedded system by determining which time domain signals may be causing unwanted EMI. See in real-time the effects time domain signals have on system EMI emissions.
Whether using Bluetooth, 802.11 Wi-Fi, ZigBee, or some other wireless technology, the MDO4000C enables viewing an entire system – analog, digital, and RF, time- synchronized to understand its true behavior. Capture an ultra-wide band in a single capture to view interactions among multiple wireless technologies, or to view an entire broadband frequency range from a modern standard like 802.11/ad.
Managing multiple instruments on a bench can be troublesome. The MDO4000C eliminates the need to manage multiple instruments by integrating six instru-
ment types into a single instrument. The integration of a spectrum analyzer enables teaching of advanced wireless technology course work while minimizing the investment required. Full upgradability enables adding functionality over time as needs change or budgets allow.
Manufacturing Test and Troubleshooting
Size and space constraints can play havoc on a manufacturing floor. The unique 6-in-1 MDO4000C minimizes rack or bench space by integrating multiple instruments into one small package. Integration reduces cost associated with utilizing multiple different instrument types in manufacturing test or troubleshooting stations.
The instrument’s convenient bin sorting function enables quick sorting of components in different bins defined by the user. A linear and logarithmic sweep function is also provided to characterize components over any range of frequencies from 20 Hz to 300 kHz.
Standard USB, GPIB, and LAN interfaces enhance your productivity by providing remote control capabilities to perform daily operations in production, quality control, and laboratory environments.
DT-2100 Combination Contact / Non-Contact Tachometer with USB Output
The all new Shimpo DT-2100 is a highly advanced combination contact / non-contact hand-held tachometer. The DT-2100 offers data-logging, USB output and a programmable scaling feature to offset RPM according to application variables. It features a blue backlit LED Display with upper/lower limit icons and a unique X-Y Graphic mode. Additional display modes unique to the DT-2100 is the “Needle Sweep” and Bar Graph” offers the user a choice of how to view the data. The display can also be inverted to optimize the viewing angle. In non-contact mode the tachometer measures RPM up to 99,999 RPM at distances up to 13 feet or 500 cm. The DT-2100 can also measure contact RPM, surface speed, or length using the supplied screw-on adapter.
Data logging can be set for single point or continuous logging. Single data points as well as statistics (Max, Min, Average) can be stored in the built-in memory and recalled to the display. Often users need to adjust machinery during testing, with the DT-2100 you can mount it on a tripod, select continuous logging and adjust machinery as necessary. After the test, you can easily review the data on the DT-2100’s display or download to a computer using the optional PC Software.
Compliance Antenna Surge P 65 Megapulse Antenna Surge Tester
Compliance Antenna Surge P 65 Megapulse Antenna Surge Tester
The Antenna Surge is designed to test for lightning strike to Antenna System Wiring as described in Para. 7.3.2. The waveform generated is in accordance with the instructions in Annex N, Table N.1, line 3. In accordance with these requirements, the Antenna Surge generates the waveform dictated by the noted circuit components at 10kV output voltage. Use with a general purpose oscilloscope for waveform capture. Configure with TestMinder for computer control and test report, and with Arc Detection for test failure detection.
Compliance West Antenna Surge P65 Tester for EN60950 & EN60065
The MegaPulse Antenna Surge provides 10kV output to perform tests noted in EN 60950, Para. 7.3.2. It also conducts the test in EN 60065, Para. 10.1. Built to output the exact pulse resulting from the circuit shown in EN 60950, Annex N, Figure N.2, using the circuit components from Table N.1, Line 3. The proprietary IEC 65 Switch is used. The output of this tester is specifically designed for testing in accordance with EN 60950, Annex N, Line 3. The 10kV Uc is shown on the front panel meter.
Options include TestMinder, which automatically applies the 50 pulses at a rate of 12 per minute, and a 4 megohm tap for special testing.
Mark-10 Economical Digital Force Gauges Series 2
Mark-10 Series 2 Digital Force Gauge, designed for tension and compression force testing applications from 2 to 500 lbF (10 to 2,500 N) full scale. The Series 2 is an essential component of a force testing system, typically also comprising a test stand and grips.
With proper usage, we are confident that you will get many years of great service with this product. Mark-10 force gauges are ruggedly built for many years of service in laboratory and industrial environments.
This User’s Guide provides setup, safety, and operation instructions. Dimensions and specifications are also provided. For additional information or answers to your questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our technical support and engineering teams are eager to assist you.
Before use, each person who is to use the Series 2 force gauge should be fully trained in appropriate operation and safety procedures.
Series 2 digital force gauges are designed for basic tension and compression force testing applications up to 500 lbF (2,500 N). Peak tension and compression readings are reliably captured via the gauges’ ±0.5% accuracy and 500 Hz sampling rate. A backlit graphic LCD displays the current, peak tension, or peak compression reading.
The gauges are overload protected to 150% of capacity. An ergonomic, reversible aluminum housing allows for hand held use or fixture mounting, rugged enough for applications in both production and laboratory environments. Series 2 gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands and grips.
Battery life is approximately 24 hours with the backlight on, or 92 hours with the bac klight off. To change the battery, loosen the two captive screws on the ba ck side of the housing and separate the two housing halves. A foam strip separates the battery from the PCB.
Ensure that the foam is positioned above the battery when reassembling the housing. Exercise care when reassembling the two halves of the housing, ensuri ng that internal wires do not interfere.
